Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Please review the following booking policies:
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance through the booking site or by text.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same day cancellations, reschedules, or no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and cancellation fees may apply.
• All deposits are non-refundable and a 50% deposit will be required for future appointments after a no show.
